Vervux Rock · AI SOAR

Security alerts, triaged by AI agents.

Vervux Rock filters the noise, applies your rules, lets AI agents decide the rest and runs your response playbooks — with a person approving anything uncertain.

The problem

Alert fatigue is a security risk

When every tool pages for everything, real incidents hide in the noise. Teams start muting alerts — and that is when something important slips through.

  • Duplicate alerts and storms bury the signal.
  • Manual triage burns your best engineers' time.
  • Inconsistent responses leave no audit trail.

How it works

One pipeline, from alert to action

Deterministic checks first, AI agents second, people whenever it matters.

  1. 01

    Ingest & verify

Alerts from Grafana, New Relic and Zabbix are normalized into one format. Every webhook is signed and verified before anything runs.

  2. 02

    Cut the noise

Rate limits, storm detection and deduplication drop the repeats. Recent decisions are reused, so the same alert isn't analyzed twice.

  3. 03

    Your rules first

Your policies resolve the known cases. Guardrails escalate critical alerts and anything from an unknown source — no AI needed.

  4. 04

    AI agents decide

For the rest, agents weigh the alert, the last 30 minutes of related activity and past decisions for the same pattern, and choose an action with a confidence score.

  5. 05

    Act or ask

The chosen playbook runs: open a ticket, escalate or notify. If confidence is below 70% or the case is ambiguous, the decision waits for a person.

Built to be trusted

AI that knows its limits

  • AI never invents an action

Agents can only choose playbooks from your catalog. Anything else is stopped and sent to a person.

  • People approve the uncertain

Low-confidence or ambiguous decisions pause for review, then resume exactly where they stopped.

  • One incident, one ticket

Actions are idempotent: retries and duplicates never open a second ticket.

  • Every decision is traced

Each run records what came in, which rule or agent decided, and why — end to end.

  • Clients stay separate

Each client's alerts, policies and history are isolated from every other.

  • Fails safe

If the playbook catalog can't be reached, the AI isn't called and the alert goes straight to a person.

FAQ

Questions security teams ask

Does the AI act on its own?
Only within the limits you set. Clear cases are resolved by your rules, the agents can pick only from your approved playbooks, and anything uncertain waits for a person.
Which tools does it connect to?
Today, Grafana, New Relic and Zabbix as alert sources, and Zendesk tickets and escalations through Apache Airflow workflows. New sources and playbooks are added per project.
What happens when it isn't sure?
When confidence is below 70% or the case is ambiguous, the run pauses and appears in an approval queue. A person decides and the workflow resumes from that point.
Can we see why it decided something?
Yes. Every decision keeps its reason, the rule or agent that made it, and a full trace of the run.
